About
I'm a sophomore at Stanford, leaning toward a major in Political Science with a minor in Data Science. I grew up in Sacramento, where my first job was handing out sample ballots outside a polling place. I've been curious about how elections actually work ever since.
This quarter I'm taking POLISCI 158 to understand what AI changes about politics, and what it doesn't.

Project interests
For the final project, I'd like to work on questions like:
- How long do Californians wait to vote, and does it line up with the number of polling places per voter?
- How are local campaigns starting to use AI for voter outreach?
I'm comfortable with basic Python and happy to do the data cleaning. I'd love a partner who enjoys writing or has a background in law or policy.
Before: I wrote a short research memo on vote-by-mail rules for my Intro to American Politics class.
